I got rekt, I want a refund!

Swapping on Solana is a complex problem, and we are actively driving this forward with Ultra Mode.

If you swap on Ultra Mode, you enjoy world-class support, real-time slippage estimation, and intelligent heuristics to handle all the swap details for you. 

If you got rekt while using Ultra Mode, for the following reasons, you might be compensated for your loss: 

- In case of a bad quote that's been caused due to bad routing; especially when there's a better route or market at time of swap.

- More than 3 consecutive trades that failed to execute, leading to a loss in gas.

- Unreasonably high slippage (>20%) when unnecessary, leading to sandwiching attacks.

Take note:

- We never compensate for potential P&L, and we only compensate ultra-mode users.

- We cannot guarantee zero MEV. Ultra mode minimizes the risk of getting sandwiched, does not prevent it.

- Allow up to 3 days for refund requests to be processed. Open a support ticket and contact our team.
